One24 was set to launch in August 9, 2010. It is the newest MLM company founded by Mark Seyforth and his partner, Joe Perry. Seyforth is known as one of the pioneers of network marketing with the establishment of his first company, Seyforth Laboratories, Inc. that manufactured the first milkshake diet to promote weight loss in America. Apart from their breakthrough product, they also started the multi-level commissioning program that is now known as multilevel marketing. The company gained success in only two and half years, reporting sales of up to $100 million. In 1980, Seyforth helped Herbalife, arguably the biggest herbal supplements provider in the world, to launch successfully in the market. Herbalife was founded by Seyforth Laboratories’ top distributor, Mark Hughes.
Mark Seyforth wanted to overhaul the industry; he wanted to lessen the distributor’s risks and attrition rate that was a constant problem for the multilevel marketing industry. He formulated a plan to develop a better compensation system that would address the problems and prolong the life of an MLM company. The Product
NatraBurst is the initial product to be offered by One24. It is an all-in-one health product that can be taken before meals to lose weigh or after meals to supplement nutrition. The health benefits of the product include: improved digestion, strengthened immunity, appetite suppressant, antioxidant, and many more. Some of the natural ingredients in the product includes: Whey protein blend, wheat grass, grape seed, acerola berry, blue berry, etc.
The Compensation Plan
One24 developed the unique Incentivized Referral Plan and modeled it after the linear compensation plan. How is the IRP different from conventional compensation plans?
