The Compensation Plan for GVO is a 2x10 forced matrix. A forced matrix creates spillover, so if the member above you performs, you will get distributors placed in your matrix even if you don't recruit anyone. Also, they allow you to direct where your spillover will be placed, which is the first I've seen in a matrix compensation plan. Once you have 14 members in your matrix, and they can be from spillover, you get what is called a "Bank Position". You can get unlimited numbers of these positions. You can place your "Bank Position" anywhere you choose in your matrix. For example, if an you recruit someone who is a leader with previous experience in network marketing, you can give them one of your Bank Positions. The Bank Position is a different account and carries a unique username. A full (2 x 10) matrix is approximately 2,046 people. A full matrix will earn you roughly $4,000 per month. You get paid more if you personally refer people because of matching bonuses.

The small commission checks are not enough to warrant this type of marketing. Direct sales network marketing is a much more stable and profitable platform. Selling high priced items with large commissions up front, as well as a residual income opportunity on the back end is a much more sensible opportunity. Marketing online can be costly, and internet marketers need to make money on the front end to pay for advertising costs, such as pay per click, ezine advertising and banner advertising.
