Russ Dalbey...

"Can You Really Win The Cash Flow Business?"

The Dalbey Education Institute was founded on the wealth-building principles of CEO and founder, Russ Dalbey who is most recognized for his infomercial "Winning The Cash Flow Business" hosted by Gary Collins.

What Is Winning The Cash Flow Business?

Russ Dalbey's home business course teaches you to find privately held mortgage notes, negotiate a price for the note and then sell the note to a new buyer for a profit. It's essentially what larger banks do when they sell off a mortgage to another lender.

What's The Cost?

The basic Winning The Cash Flow Business as seen on TV course, which contains a bunch of free bonuses is anywhere from $119-$159 depending on where you buy it from.

But, there's an upsell for personal coaching to get you going at full speed.

The coaching costs about $6,000, which you are encouraged to put on your credit card (If you had 6 grand cash, I highly doubt you would even consider this course). The upside to the coaching is you are mentored though your first 5 deals which should more than cover your costs if you're successful.

Now as for your mentor, It's not Russ Dalbey himself that will be getting you through those deals, from the pictures on Dalbey's web site, it looks to be that a few wet behind the ears kids fresh out of college will be showing you the ropes, with the exception of a few seasoned vets.

Is Russ Dalbey A Scam?

As far as real estate investing goes, Russ Dalbey's 3 step system is one that doesn't require much start up capital, which is a tremendous benefit of the system. There a quite a few Russ Dalbey success stories and failures. The bottom line is this will take A LOT of work to get it done, but if you stay the course you may be one of the success stories.

I do not recommend that you purchase any mentoring, until you're in profit from Russ Dalbey's system (unless of course you have money to burn). If you can close one note deal with the $159 course, then the cash flow business might be right for you and I would invest more into the education.

There's a lot of great home business opportunities, which one's right for you, only you can decide.
