You Become A Rich Jerk From Affiliate Marketing?"
Kelly Felix AKA "The Rich Jerk" has a pretty
unique marketing approach. He dresses like an 1980's porn star and rams
it down your throat the he's rich and you are a Loser. Yet, most
people, myself included were intrigued to read his web site and watch
his video's. Marketing is all about keeping interest and getting your
prospects to read on and Kelly Felix certainly masters that.
The Rich Jerk keeps your interest by pissing
you
off, making you laugh or you just couldn't resist seeing what he'll say
next. Yet, he still gets a ton of people to buy his book, which he
claims will reveal to you the secrets
of his wealth.
Bottom line, his
marketing works, But will it work for you?
The Rich Jerk's Book is primarily
focused on Affiliate marketing, Product creation and some search engine
optimization (SEO).
He doesn't really break everything down for
the
beginner in a step by step format, but give you the overall steps to
his marketing strategies
The Cost
The Rich Jerk's e-book has been steadily
dropping
in price from $197 to $47 and you can now purchase it for $9.95 (pretty
cheap), I'm sure he has a few angry folks who bought at the higher
levels, But he' rich, what does he care:.
As soon as you submit your payment you are
immediately directed to a few $67.00 upsells for various marketing
books like butterfly marketing, which are offered at a discounted
price. Basically, the Rich Jerk gets an affiliate commission off of the
sales (he practices what he preaches).
Next you are offered audio downloads for
another
$29 bucks and the opportunity for personal coaching (both of which I
did not buy).
The Bottom Line
Not the best training book I've purchased
and far
from the worst, For the $9.95 price, you can't go wrong. There are some
good ideas for the beginner and even those with a bit of experience ( I
learned a few things myself). Who knows, for 10 bucks you might find
just one thing that makes you a few grand over the next year.
